We are hoping to complete a loft conversion for a terraced Victorian property in South London in the next 6 months and are actively looking to receive quotations from reputable firms. We would like to work with builders that have a proven track record for quality builids. Would be very helpful to have some suggestions and recommendations. Thanks.

There are a host of firms active in South London to choose from. Have you a set of completed architectural drawings? If not, that would be your fist step.

If you are planning a loft and have yet to progress with work, you might want to have a look at this recent article in Homebuilding and Reonvating:

Hope this helps.
